The Be Natural range of fruit and nut bars by Kellogg’s required a playful microsite to help create awareness of their product range and the healthy ingredients they’re proud of. The site is built on Adobe’s Java based CQ5 CMS which features an intuitive drag and drop user interface. This provided technical challenges when it came to client side code as future products and eventualities had to be catered for. I overcame these by working closely with the Java development team and design agency to successfully ensure the site had a strong long-term objective and met all Be Natural’s future needs.
A playful parallax effect was added for modern browsers, while using a ‘Progressive Enhancement’ methodology allowed older browsers to still access the content.
